In the past year alone, we delivered 245 of training covering essential topics such as Antitrust, Ethics, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Supplier Management, Compliance, and other strategic themes.

The “Do the Right Thing Month” is an initiative aimed at making governance topics engaging and accessible. Through various events, learning opportunities, and gamified activities, employees can explore themes such as the 231 Model, health and safety, and anti-corruption. This initiative provides a practical and participative approach to strengthen our culture of responsibility throughout the organization.
