“This initiative lets employees bring children over six years old to the office, where they’re welcomed in safe, dedicated spaces equipped with games, books, and leisure materials. No prior notice is needed, just reserve a spot in the designated areas.”
Since its launch, over 30 children have already enjoyed the facilities at Fater’s Campus in Pescara, transforming school closure days into special moments spent with their parents.
Kids@Campus is part of a broader initiative within the company aimed at supporting growing families. This includes benefits such as a nursery bonus, extended parental leave for new fathers, and coaching for new mothers.
