This initiative was created to allow employees to bring their dogs to work, fostering moments of calm and connection that enhance everyone’s experience. We have dedicated spaces, clearly marked pathways, and established guidelines to ensure the well-being and respect of both people and pets.
The dog-friendly workstations, which can be reserved daily, include adjacent desks for dog lovers. This setup ensures that pets are never left alone, even during the busiest moments. It’s a simple gesture that reduces stress, promotes a relaxed atmosphere, and strengthens our sense of community.
Dogs@Campus is one of the initiatives born from our People First vision, aiming to build a workplace that’s more inclusive and truly responsive to the real needs of our people.
